Total Body Mobile Massage is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team. As a Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the senior management team, ensuring the smooth running of the executive office and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the senior management team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements

- Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and confidentiality

- Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist with special projects as assigned by the senior leadership

- Organize and prioritize incoming requests and issues, ensuring that critical matters are handled in a timely and efficient manner

- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the executive office operations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a senior executive assistant or similar administrative role, ideally supporting C-suite executives

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications

- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information

- Previous experience in a seniority expert role is highly desirable
