Job Description
We are looking for an individual that would assist in Client Service Representative tasks for a local Marketing Promotional and Printing company. We are a fast-paced, busy and profitable business providing embroidery & screen printing, signage, mailing, printing, graphic design and print marketing solutions. If you are an outgoing professional who is comfortable with using a Microsoft Office, Adobe products and enjoys working with people, then this is the right job for you.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries (new project requests, project status, design updates, etc.)
Project quotes
Project coordination and updates
Other administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong customer service skills
Ability to communicate on the phone and in writing
Adobe Suite knowledge is desirable
Prior experience in the printing or mailing industry is a plus but not required
