Imagine your day as the Chiropractic Case Manager - Patient Advocate: Mornings are spent warmly welcoming new patients and guiding them through an engaging office tour, ensuring their comfort. Meticulously handling new patient paperwork, you set the stage for their holistic health journey. Engaging in daily huddles, you present comprehensive reports and prepare essential paperwork to seamlessly support the chiropractic team. Your expertise shines as you skillfully conduct exam screening tests, contribute to accurate treatment planning, and transparently present financial plans. Collaborating seamlessly with the team, you play a pivotal role in supporting new patients, embodying a patient-centric approach, and contributing to our mission of optimal well-being.
