Salary and Benefits:

Competitive annual salary: $73,500 - 105,000

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Minimum of 3 years tax preparation experience

Licensed CPA

Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment with the desire for continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess the financial health and performance of client organizations.

Evaluate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify trends, variances, and potential areas of concern.

Utilize financial modeling techniques to forecast future financial performance and assess the impact of strategic initiatives.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Provide insights and recommendations on capital allocation, investment decisions, and risk management strategies.

Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Financial Management:

Advise on financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

Oversee financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Stay current with regulatory changes and accounting pronouncements, advising clients on their impact and implications.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on all financial matters.

Understand clients' unique business challenges and objectives, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and actionable recommendations in a professional and timely manner.

Mentorship and Leadership:

Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to junior staff members, helping them enhance their skills and advance their careers.

Share expertise, industry knowledge, and best practices to support the growth and development of the team.
