Position Summary

1. Select and manage suppliers based on the transparent and fair procedures through standardized bidding and quotation process.

2. Secure cost competitiveness by organizing the optimal vendor pool, and selecting suppliers who provide the good quality and best price conditions through competition.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Bidding and quotation management] Perform bidding and quotation with the system by understanding bidding and quotation process.

2. [Managing suppliers] Operate the optimal suppliers by organizing the optimal vendor pool in each area, registering new vendors and evaluating the vendor's performance.

3. [Price management] Provide the information to determine the best price by searching the competitive price through analysis of market price and cost, and conducting negotiation with suppliers.

4. [Contract management] Make a request to review the procurement contract through the contract management system by understanding the contents of the provisions stipulated in the procurement contract.

Skills and Qualifications

• Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues

• Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures

• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work
