· Provide process engineering at offshore and onshore upstream facilities involving analysis, modeling, calculations, and other studies.

· Perform robust technically sound analysis based on detailed calculations.

· Preparation of the document and studies include:

o Basis of Design

o Process Design Criteria.

o Process Control Philosophy

o Operations & Maintenance Philosophy.

o Maintenance and Isolation Philosophy.

o Material Selection Philosophy.

o Vent and Drain Philosophy.

o Emergency Shutdown Philosophy.

o Relief and Blowdown Study.

o Block Flow Diagram (BFD).

o Process Simulations (HYSYS)

o Process Flow Diagram (PFD).

o Heat and Material Balance (H&MB).

o Piping and Instrument Diagram (P&ID).

o Material Selection Diagram (MSD).

o Hydraulic calculations, Line Sizing and Line List.

o Instrument Data Sheet Input

o Equipment Sizing Calculations, Data Sheet and Equipment List.

o Design Reviews with client (30, 60 and 90%).

o Hazard Identification (HazID).

o HAZOP Study Report and Action Item Close Out Report

o Cause and Effect Diagrams

o Alarm and Trip Schedule

o Hazardous Area Classification Report.

o Emissions Calculations and Summary Report.

o Air Dispersion Model and Report

· Participate in PHA workshops (i.e., Design Reviews, HAZIDs, HAZOPs, SILs, LOPAs), including workshop preparation, action close-out and report generation.

· Prepare high-quality reports with clear diagrams and fully explained analysis and calculations.

· Perform multiple projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables.

· Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering from accredited university.

· Ten to fifteen years of experience in Process Engineering, preferably in oil and gas.

· Hysys dynamic simulation experience is a plus.

· Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills; experience recording/writing detailed technical data and reports a plus.

· Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision.
