Incident RecoveryThis role will be a very broad-based Engineer Cyber Security with responsibilities on all aspects of the corporate environment. Some of the products that may be required to manage are:

Microsoft AD

TrendMicro (Apex One, Deep Security)

CrowdStrike EDR

Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls

Forescout NAC

Splunk SIEM

Proofpoint

Job Requirements:

Gr12 with Maths and Science

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 6 years experience (Grade 5) in a Cybersecurity role, 4 years experience (Grade6) and 2 years experience (Grade7)

Any specialized certifications will be advantageous: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH), Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP), etc.

Minimum of 2 years Network or Server Administration experience with a deep understanding of networking protocols and operating systems.

In depth working knowledge of both Windows Server and Linux.

Knowledge of programming languages and tools (shell scripting, Python, Ruby)

Knowledge of computer forensics.

Administrative skills: Diligent systems maintenance and management, full audit trail on all tasks, zero trust mentality.

Personal competencies: Problem-solving, attention to detail, transparency and ability to work under pressure.

People skills and communication: Working in teams, suppliers, contractors, colleagues (from most junior to executive management)
