Job Description
Our company is currently seeking an Accounting Manager/Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for managing our finance department and handling all bookkeeping duties in our company.
Responsibilities:
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
AP/AR
Inhouse payroll for 70 to 80 employees
Some HR duties
Handle insurance audits
Invoicing all customers
Working with AIA documents
Perform data entry and some administrative duties
Qualifications:
Must be detail oriented and have a strong desire for accuracy
Minimum 5 years experience in accounting/finance via QuickBooks desktop
Proficient on QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
