System One is assisting an Industrial Manufacturing Client located in New Castle, PA to find a Millwright B Class.

In an exciting and challenging fast-paced environment, the Millwright repairs hydraulic equipment, welds, performs crane maintenance and repairs and installs plant equipment.

What You’ll Do: Must be able to read and understand drawings and schematics.

Has working knowledge of various types of gear reductions and motor/reducer coupling alignments.

Must have knowledge and ability to repair hydraulic equipment.

Has knowledge to perform the following welding procedures: mig, tig, stick (including stainless) and gas welding.

Operates mobile equipment.

Performs crane maintenance and has knowledge of the proper safe rigging methods.

Able to work at heights.

Abides by all policies and procedures established by the Company including plant safety regulations and work rules.

Must have ability and desire to work with others.

Meets attendance requirements.

Performs other duties as deemed necessary.

What You’ll Need: Commitment to safety Minimum high school diploma or equivalent G.E.D..

Minimum of 2 years experience in mechanical maintenance in a heavy industrial facility preferred.

Previous maintenance experience in a steelmaking environment preferred.

Ability to pass a written skills-based test, as well as blueprint test, hydraulic test, and welding test.

Valid and active driver's license.
