Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Recon/Used Car Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automotive repair and possess the expertise to ensure that our pre-owned vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough inspections and diagnostic tests on pre-owned vehicles to identify any issues or necessary repairs.

Complete recon work, including but not limited to, detailing, mechanical repairs, and cosmetic enhancements, to prepare vehicles for sale.

Collaborate with the sales and service teams to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Maintain accurate records of recon activities and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Uphold safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a recon or used car environment.

Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic issues.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
