Routine duties include weighing, labeling, packaging cannabis flower, and pre-roll packaging.

Priorities include Joint rolling, operation of automated packaging equipment, waste disposal, and cleaning of all machines, tools, and work areas in the department.

Assist in grinding & blending bulk cannabis flower for pre-roll manufacturing

Operate joint rolling machinery

Assess the finished product for quality assurance

The selected candidates must be able to fulfill production and market demands while complying with current industry regulations

1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure the safety and efficacy of all products.

Ensure daily production schedule and goals set by Management/ Supervisor are met.

Must be able to inspect and detect quality defects.

Maintain a good attitude while taking constructive criticism from management to maintain quality standards and production goals.

Assist in sanitation and cleaning of workspace

The use of ladders in compliance with OSHA rules and regulations is required to sustain strict deadlines and guidelines.

Executing tasks assigned by the Packaging Manager

Measuring, packaging, and labeling products as directed by the Packaging Manager

Safely transport products from workspace to storage area

Set up, break down, and sanitize packaging area as needed and in compliance with Company SOPs

Carry up to 50 Pounds

Position Responsibilities

We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team. Candidates for this position should be able to operate equipment that can be both dangerous and damaging if used incorrectly. Working in a manufacturing environment, the successful candidate will be tasked with operating a variety of equipment, including:

This position will require night shift and weekend shifts. Switch shift possible based on workflow and time worked.

Schedule 1:

8 - 12 hours shift possible.

M-F

Weekends with possible overtime

Schedule 2:

12-hour shift

3 Day work week, possible 4 day. With a shift switch option.

M-W

THU-SAT

Responsibilities:

Be physically strong enough to operate machinery.

Be able to follow directions.

Be able to follow checklists.

Be dependable.

Be able to use tools (e.g., a computer, calculator, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
