As a Cashier, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at our retail location in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide assistance as needed.

Scan and ring up merchandise accurately and efficiently.

Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments using our POS system.

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar customer service role preferred.

Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work Monday to Friday in-person shifts.
