Roles and Responsibilities :

Should have experience in team management and reporting

Expertise in Windows desktop and server patching & troubleshooting.

Should have experience in administrating Desktop central patch management server and SCCM

Expertise in troubleshooting Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022 related issues.

Require knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, & DHCP monitoring & management.

Working knowledge of DFS and FTP servers

Working knowledge of installing and troubleshooting Windows applications, server roles & features.

Require knowledge of VMware Snapshots, Clone Server migration, etc.

Knowledge of IT service management.

Candidate should be willing to work in a shift-based 24*7 environment.
