Job Description

8-12 years' experience

Ideally with a BBPS/ Payments/ e-Commerce background

Experience in providing support for payment related product implementations.

Experience in developing/managing high volume digital transactions

Experience in managing and supporting third party ERP solutions and other third party applications (desirable)

Domain knowledge of digital transaction platforms-BBPS, Bill Payments, Payment Gateway, e-Commerce.

Ability to manage & Support production support related aspects both in terms of technical and functional.

Job Description / Responsibilities.

Strong written and oral communications skills, proven ability to handle partnerships and customers

Understanding of various payment systems and processes

Ability to learn quickly and to share knowledge with team mates.

Ability to manage projects independently.

Ability to leverage data to identify production issues & Strong problem solving skills.

Able to manage multiple stakeholders

Ability to drill production data for production issue analysis and generate MIS/Reports based production data.

Ensure compliance related support with applicable legal, regulatory requirements.

Establish a process of constantly benchmarking the platform with respect to production support related aspects and take necessary corrective action if needed

Build a team for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and building a comprehensive repository of test cases for production related issues and troubleshooting.

Project Management

Candidate must be:

Excellent communication skills, ability to handle clients in a mature and highly responsive manner.

Familiarity with technology/ web based applications/ process mapping skills/ business requirements definition.

Ability to manage a team of resources; interact with multiple teams and effective delivery of the final requirement.

Familiarity with systems; and ability to understand/ use internet based platforms.

Strong people & Technical project management skills are must.

Creating Requirement documents and Functional documents

Managing Vendors

Technical Knowledge

Hands-on with Linux/Unix Commands.

Knowledge of Putty and its related Commands

SFTP/FTP file sharing knowledge

WebSphere

IIS/SSL certificate installation knowledge Base.

Knowledge of REST and SOAP based web services.

Hand-On with Postman kind of tools for web service testing and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of various encryption mechanism such as AES256, RSA, SHA256, HMAC etc.

Good to have JAVA, .NET and PHP basics.

Hands on knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
