Oversee website design, functionality, and performance.

Manage product catalog, pricing, and inventory optimization.

Execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media).

Enhance customer experience and implement feedback mechanisms.

Monitor KPIs and use data analytics for insights.

Evaluate and integrate eCommerce technologies for efficiency.

Build and lead high-performing eCommerce team.

Manage partnerships and vendor relationships.

Ensure compliance and security measures.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Develop and manage eCommerce budget effectively.

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments. Identify and mitigate risks related to eCommerce operations.

Requirements-

5+ years of experience

Degree in business, marketing, eCommerce, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or MBA may be preferred for senior positions.

Leadership experience in eCommerce roles

Must have worked in an Ecommerce business planning section helping clients/product teams to leverage the opportunity.
