Family Medicine PA or NP opportunity with flexible schedule- part time and full time hours with 12 hours shifts near Monroe, New York.Busy growing practice that allows you to choose your hours over 6 days each week.Independent Contractor model is an option.Experience required.

About the Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity

Five Providers (mix of Physicians, NPs, and PAs) working as a team for part time and full time positions

Office Hours are 9am-9pm

See all ages 0-99

This position will cover most walk-in appointments with some well care visits

Patient care for URI, UTI, Asthma exacerbation, GI symptoms, Otitis Media, Headache, Pneumonia, etc.

Lab in house

EMR is Eclinical works

60 patients in 12 hour shift (all acute visits or follow ups)

Medical Assistant for each Provider

Requirements of the Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity

Masters completion

National Certification

New York State Medical License

One year of experience in busy outpatient Family Medicine, Urgent Care or Walk In Clinic

Comfortable with solo practice for evening coverage

Enjoy a fast paced environment

Must be open to working 2 Sundays each month

Open to flexible schedule- some days morning and some evening till 9 coverage

Hourly rate $90-120/hour depending on experience level and shift
