Account Executive

Job Description

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company services to potential clients

Prospect and contact potential customers

Reach agreed upon sales targets

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales in the PEO or insurance industry

Bilingual - Spanish speaking - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong negotiation skills
