Maintenance Advantage is a full-service general contracting and maintenance company, providing expert knowledge, professional repair services, value added upgrades, as well as annual health and safety inspections to property owners and communities. We oversee the maintenance of over 600 single family homes, 250 multi-family dwellings and management of 75 HOA’s with over 3400 doors in the Greater San Diego area. As a sister company to Property Advantage, we work closely with our Property & Community Managers, Accounting and HOA divisions to provide owners with a hands-on approach to property management. Together, we work as a team to seamlessly supply excellent property services in all facets of property management.

Duties:

Maintenance Advantage is looking for a full-time Construction / Maintenance technician to assist with day-to-day work order requests unit turns, renovations and construction proposals throughout our San Diego & North County portfolio. Services will include, but are not limited to: Rekey, Drywall, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Carpentry and Stucco.

Qualifications:

-Good attitude

-High school diploma or equivalent

-3+ years of experience working in a general maintenance or construction environment/Willing to train the right person if experience is not met.

-Good customer service and professionalism

-Honest and good communicator

-Clean appearance

-Must have clean driving record

-Must pass background check

-Must have reliable transportation

-Must have own tools to perform drywall, painting, plumbing and other general repairs/tasks

-Must be tech/app savvy
