Job Description: Soliant is actively seeking experienced Special Education Teachers for full-time positions with school districts in theWhitakers, NC area. The successful applicants will provide prehensive special education services to students, ensuring pliance with local and state requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field.

State certification or eligibility for certification as a Special Education Teacher in the state

Previous experience working in special education settings preferred.

Strong knowledge of local and state regulations pertaining to special education services.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.

Provide direct instruction to students in accordance with IEP goals and objectives.

Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create inclusive learning environments.

Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.

Use assistive technology and specialized materials to support student learning.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and participation.

Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and professional development activities as required.
