At Doncasters we have an interesting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Deritend, Droitwich, accessible from the M5 and local public transport.

This role is 37.5 hours per week, with rotating shift patterns.

The role As a Maintenance Technician, your role will be responsible for the safe and effective delivery of all site maintenance.

Working to processes and health and safety procedures, you will use your attention to detail to diagnose potential issues, and your strong problem-solving skills to diffuse them.

By using your mechanical engineering experience, on a day-to-day basis, you will respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively.

These will include mechanical breakdowns, operating all the way from our smallest to our largest machines.

You will use your strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments around the site, ensuring quality throughout.

By placing an emphasis on data, you will use our systems to input, order, and monitor hydraulic and pneumatic parts, ensuring that they meet our desired performance.

This role places emphasis on training and development, so you will have ample opportunity and support to further your skills.
