Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist with a background in commercial construction. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who embodies a collaborative approach and demonstrates enthusiasm for promoting high-quality commercial properties with optimal return on investment.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Collaborating with the sales and project teams to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.

Creating compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content, to showcase the company's projects and capabilities.

Managing digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.

Coordinating with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives, such as advertising campaigns, trade shows, and sponsorships.

Monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation, to measure effectiveness and inform decision-making.

Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to support specific projects or initiatives.

Providing support for internal communications efforts, including employee newsletters, intranet content, and company events.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company messaging and values.

Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and construction.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the construction or related industry.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft engaging content and messages for different audiences.

Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus.

Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events or project-related activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000 to $85,000 (will go much higher for the right candidate)
