As a Senior level D365 CRM.NET – Developer with experience in custom development on Dynamics 365 and SharePoint Online, you will contribute to the growth and success of BDO Tax in a variety of ways, including:

• Develop and maintain: Software framework and services using the .NET framework, Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online and other Microsoft technologies.

• Analyze: Client needs and technical requirements to create architecture and design for solution

• Scope: Understand and define scope of technical software projects, along with reviewing the requirements and asses the work effort and estimate the necessary time-to-completion.

• Evaluate, create and document: Evaluate new technologies, create unit test plans and scenarios for development unit testing and document new development, procedures or test plans.

• Quality Assurance: Closely follow software development leading practices to maximize the predictability and success of projects.

• People development: Participate in the development of team members.

• Oversee work product and development of Senior with data solution skillsets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strongly prefer experience delivering technology solutions

Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, Computer Science, or similar degree

12+ years of web development experience in Microsoft technologies, such as NET/.Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, JQuery, Angular/AngularJS, SPA Development experience, OOPs, Entity Framework, C#, Microsoft Azure Development

Good knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systems

Solid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects

Skills on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform

Experience in PowerPlatform native components

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a SharePoint developer role using SharePoint online/O365 and SharePoint on Premise 2013/2016.

Experience in client interaction and understanding business application, business data flow and migration from SP 2010 or 2013 to 2016.

Experience in SharePoint framework, building sites in hybrid environments, developing and administrating.

Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with a focus on SharePoint Online and Office 365 platforms.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in SharePoint development tools and technologies, including SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JSON formatting and SharePoint REST API.

Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site hierarchy, security model, and permission levels.

Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML for integrating SharePoint Online with other systems and services and configuring SharePoint Online workflows and forms.

Strong understanding of Azure Functions along with ability to implement code integrating with Dynamics 365 or SharePoint webhooks

Experience with Visual Studio 2017 and later, Source Control - TFS / GIT / VSTS

Experience developing Azure Applications (Azure Functions, Service Bus etc.) and Azure SQL

Experience designing enterprise software and defining technology architectures (design patterns, SOA, etc.) and multi-tier system development and integration with other external systems.

Understanding of design patterns, architectural patterns, build automation, automated testing and continuous development and integration processes.

Experience with database design, querying, stored procedures, views, joins, performance management etc.

Experience managing and mentoring a large global technology team.
