As the Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS) Finance Cross-Functional Processes, you are part of the Roche Services and Solutions (RSS) Business Process Management (BPM) Cross-Functional organization and report functionally to the Global Business Process Manager and administratively to the Network Manager Finance Cross-functional.

Your Opportunity:

In this role, you will

actively pursue the implementation of the end-to-end Business Process Management strategy with specific focus on the area of the Intercompany flow of goods and services across the Roche Group (i.e. Transfer Pricing process)

be responsible for global, cross divisional state-of-the-art process design within Plan to Deliver Finance as your focus business process area within the Finance X-Functional organization

be the empowered decision maker for your area across divisions and in line with the E2E Business Process Management guardrails from the Global Business Process Manager (GBPM).

work closely with E2E GBPM & GBPS network, RSS Ops, ASPIRE and stakeholders across the Roche Group to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions

Who you are

You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education.

3-7 years professional experience, preferably with a focus on Business Process Management, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Intercompany Supply Chain or Taxes (relevant areas)

Business fluency in English

Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep process knowledge as well as technical expertise for the dedicated area

Strong technical competencies in SAP FI/CO, BW or other reporting solutions, general and/or management accounting practices

Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations

Strong analytical thinking and problem solving mindset

Proven customer-centric mindset (internal & external)

Good change management and conflict management skills and experience

Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%

In exchange we provide you with:

Salary starts from 2300 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
