Executive, Mall Leasing

What You Will Do

Execute retail concepts and develop Stacking Plans for all shopping malls.

Provide support in planning and implementing the tendency mix for the pre-open/development malls.

Provide support to leasing manager to ensure division deadlines and objectives are met and collaborate with mall management team to

achieve optimum occupancy and desire tenant mix.

Conduct satisfaction survey on provided services to identify stakeholder’s satisfaction and points to be improved.

Monitor tenants’ turnover rates and take actions to ensure overall turnover objective of the Mall is met.

Establishing work parameters - plans, budgets and targets and allocate resources for the team.

Ensure all policies, procedures and methodologies comply to Chip Mong Retail’s policy, rules and regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Should Have

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields

At least 2 years proven work experience in the areas of Leasing / Marketing, Operations or related areas

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory position.

Experience in using relevant leasing / mall management applications

Knowledge and understanding of the commercial leasing process.

Understanding of consumer marketing, Accounts, and contract laws.

General technical knowledge of Fit out requirements and Landlord Provisions

Strong verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong customer service and marketing skills

Competence in formal report writing and Presentation skills

A team player with the ability to work independently

Be self-motivated and performance focused

Tenant Mix planning and space planning skills.

Commercial and business awareness
