IoT Solution Architect

About Client

Our client is a Singapore-based startup specializing in digital technology, particularly in the Automotive, Fintech, and Manufacturing sectors. They provide a range of solutions in Connected Factory, Credit Services, and Fleet Management.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechatronics / Instrumentation

Experience: 4-6years with hansd on experience on working at least one plant implementation over MES/IOT/ Scada

Skills Required:

1. Define, design, develop and support architecture by collaborating with business stakeholders efficiently

2. Should have strong understanding of automation landscape in order to make Machine study and assessment of protocols available

3. Liaison with Plant maintenance in identifying machine, understand OT readiness of machine in terms of data capture and work our solution to aggregate the data

4. Should be well versed with OPC UA DA, Modbus and other PLC communications. Should be able to do program changes where ever required and also work out OEM options for data connections

5. Identify performance bottlenecks of existing solution and fix.

6. Provide detailed accurate estimates for budgeting.

7. Experience in using applications like Kepware, Modscan, SCADA etc.

8. Preparing technical solution and architecture documents, artefacts, work products and presentations

9. Planning and monitoring of project deliverables

10. Must have very strong communication skills and clear understanding of User requirements

11. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.

12. Must be results oriented, and demonstrate “can-do” attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
