Established in June of 1999, Etactics, Inc. develops and supports software applications for healthcare providers' Revenue Cycle Management needs. With over 4,000 clients, Etactics is dedicated to adding talented resources to assist with project and client management efforts.

Position Overview:

The Associate Software Developer supports the production environment, which processes millions of statements and invoices monthly. Acting as a subject matter expert, you'll investigate critical production problems and develop programming logic to resolve issues and enhance our offerings. Additionally, you'll onboard new clients by creating tailored code sets to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop, integrate, and implement custom modules for clients

Maintain existing systems and execute change configurations for clients

Meet established deadlines for projects and tasks

Create unit tests and documentation

Interact with company client managers and lead developers

Provide customer support for current and new accounts

Adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Requirements:

Work at our Hudson, OH headquarters

Minimum 1 year of experience in Java or other object-oriented languages

Minimum 1 year of experience with any SQL language, MySQL preferred

Experience with version control systems, GIT preferred

Familiarity with Agile development

Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Team player with a can-do attitude

Preferred Skills:

Experience with UNIX/Linux based systems

Experience with Maven, Jenkins, and Artifactory

Experience with J2EE technologies

Knowledge of information security standards & practices

Customer service experience
