IT WORKPLACE CONTRACTOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
In a company with strong development, we are looking for a person eager to learn, build relationships, and comfortable with autonomy.
The selected contractor will assist with workplace support for users in the United States and will report to the IT Workplace and Infrastructure manager and team.
He/she will safeguard a high-level quality of the business applications, services, and workstation environments he/she will be given the responsibility to support. On a daily basis, he/she will deals with the incidents, requests, etc.
Versatility is the rule for this role. This technical profile should therefore have knowledge in many areas: The employee workstation environment, system and network architecture, and security to clearly identify incidents and the needs for change of components involved (hardware, software)
Technical Skills
Good knowledge about Enterprise information system
Understanding of the architecture of the production system and its operation
Understanding of different types of operating systems.
Good knowledge of safety procedures and constraints Mastery of production methods and standards (ITIL) Ability to manage providers, outsourcing companies.
Diplomas Required/Qualifications:
Diploma Type: BA preferred
Engineering school (IT, telecoms, generalists)

Hours for this role: 12:00 noon to 9 PM Monday Friday. No remote option currently.
