We are now looking for a Business Controller, Terminals and Projects, EMEIA Region. This position will be located in Poland/Wrocław or Finland/Tampere or Helsinki.

What you will do
Support the Operations team as a business partner to drive performance and deliver efficiency & optimization gains
Bring the Finance perspective to the discussion and ensure the development, implementation and follow-up of financial KPIs that support our overarching strategic targets
Provide advanced analytical support to various stakeholders and support them in gaining insight to the critical performance drivers
Create and improve PowerBi dashboards for Sales teams
Support in the creation of investment, business case preparation to Investment committee; active support during project implementation phase; project costs follow up; member of steering team
Own the Fixed costs and headcount budgeting process for Operations and Sales, and their monthly follow up
Follow up Operations and Sales STI targets
Preparation of EMEIA Region Management Business Review package
Internal controls testing for our Operations and Sales teams
Coordination of compliance audits and internal audits at EMEIA Region terminals/offices
Other periodical analysis/reporting related to terminals or sales offices activity
Who you are
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
You have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Business Control, Financial Business partner role or similar
You have very high communication skills and the ability to adjust your message to a variety of different audiences
You have a highly structured way of working and the capability to deal with significant complexity and a wide variety of tasks
You have an independent working style with a very pro-active attitude and the capability to integrate in multiple, diverse teams
You are comfortable in using and further developing advanced data analytics
You are fluent in English, other languages are an asset
Prior knowledge of UPM Raflatac processes and systems is considered an asset
