Position Summary

Enhance HVAC technical know-how of employees and partners through training. Create localized training content. Monitor and support training activities in MENA. Support training events in the region as a regional master trainer. Improve installation and service quality through managing installer and service center training in the region.

Role and Responsibilities

Act as the regional person in charge of training activities and training infra.

Communicate with subsidiaries and help to implement AC training strategy.

Train, motivate System AC Installers and lead System AC Installers’ development in the region

Set regional training targets, monitor the progress, and support training activities of subsidiaries

Cooperate with the Customer Support Team to train and qualify service center employees.

Visiting customers and supporting subsidiaries (bridge between region team and MENA HQ)

Create localized and customized training materials benchmarking HQ training content.

Create and implement regional training and certification events for partners.

Manage online training portal by creating online learning events and reporting progress.

Support the establishment of new training centers in the region.

Train and qualify master trainers and commissioning engineers across the region.

Maintain and upkeep the regional training facility.

Monitor the utilization of the training centers (direct and indirect) in the region.

Monitor and upgrade installed products in training centers to ensure new products and solutions are used for training.

Support remote and on-site troubleshooting of Air conditioning products and control solutions.

Utilize training as a sales tool for key regional stakeholders (developers, consultants, contractors).

Supporting Product Manager for new product launches, pricing, market sensing, new regulations, etc.

Maintain contact with clients and Service Centers to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality

Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems

Provide reports to management on all training activities

Collect & report VOCs generated from training events.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in HVAC service, technical support, training

Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Fluent in English and Arabic (Proficiency in French will be an added advantage)

Strong experience in VRF Systems, understanding of principles of Air Conditioning, refrigeration, and heating

Strong knowledge of installation practices and troubleshooting of Air Conditioning products and controls

Excellent Presentation and training skills (Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel is a must).

Self-motivated, hard-working, team player and with strong analytical skills and business acumen.

Able to foster relationships with Internal and regional stakeholders to be able to achieve goals.

Able to navigate a global corporate organization and deal with high-pressure situations

Able to deal with multi-working styles personalities & nationalities
