Description:

This position is responsible for creating the Job Jackets prior to them moving to the production floor. In addition, this position is responsible for label control. This position is also available to assist the Production floor with issues that may come up from time to time.

Reports to: Production Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:

Pull all job jacket information together to ensure that the work order is complete and ready for scheduling.

Determine the number of labels the job will require and print those labels for the job jacket.

Ensure all paperwork is complete prior to releasing the job jackets to the production floor.

Assist the Production Managers and Leads in any deficiency when called on.

This role requires someone with excellent memory skills and the ability to think and follow instruction and the willingness to work hard to ensure continual support for the Production floor.

Functions of the position may also include:

Ensure that all paperwork is completed before release to the floor; Implement safety measures regarding label control. Oversee issues related to a deficiency in job jackets; Prepare, Review and Reconcile Batch Records to ensure correct and proper documentation in the job jackets; Implement safeguards to ensure that job jackets and labels are accurate and complete.

Communicate with production floor Management when necessary.

Maintain manufacturing work areas in a clean and organized manner per GMP guidelines.Requirements:

Education, Skills, and Experience:

High School Diploma and equivalent experience on the job.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Working knowledge and practical experience with computers, label printers, ABW and the Vintara system.

Able to speak and communicate in Spanish.
