Production Planner (Casino)-Hybrid

The Casino Planner will be responsible for Providing Production Schedules to the Erlanger Plant along with all the supporting activities around scheduling.

What you’ll do as a Casino Planner:

Utilize MRP, customer data, and internal forecasts to plan Finished Goods Production

Maintain proper level of inventory to support the forecasted demand and safety stock levels.

Control total inventory amount to align with department objectives for dollar thresholds, and average days on hand targets.

Report on excess and obsolete inventory on a quarterly basis.

Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time to meet Customer needs.

Evaluate load vs capacity and make recommendations when an imbalance is seen.

Work with internal customers to understand the manufacturing process, and this roles responsibility in ensuring its success.

Identify and implement LEAN initiatives to drive savings.

We’re looking for a Casino Planner with:

Bachelor’s degree

1-3 years Planning experience

Experience SAP, or similar ERP system

Proficient with Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.

Establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation, and the community; and maintains the professional competence, knowledge, and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Physical requirements and working conditions:

Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires the ability to:

Move throughout the entire facility to attend to various issues

Work effectively in teams across functional groups with strong communication skills and the ability to lead

Perform sedentary work on various computer systems

This Casino Planner position is located on-site in our Erlanger, Ky facility
