RESPONSIBILITIES:
Can handle discussion related to personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that
adversely affect morale, health, and productivity.
Evaluate and resolve human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets
with management to determine appropriate action.
Explain and provide advice to employees about company and governmental rules, regulations,
and procedures, and need for compliance.
Attends conferences and meetings, as employee-management liaison, to facilitate
communication between Employees and Management
Demonstrates maturity, dependability, and integrity through appropriate handling of sensitive
and confidential information.
Audit and examine records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Attend hearings and other issues concerning DOLE and NLRC.
Weekly, Monthly and Yearly report.
Performs other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in human resources or other related course.
At least three years of experience in handling Employee Relations.in a BPO industry
Amenable to work on a hybrid setup (Ortigas, Pasig)
Demonstrated knowledge of employment law.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Very good in written and verbal communication.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good problem-solving ability.
Can handle pressure
