We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our clients team as an Associate Personal Assistant to the Director. In this role, you will work closely with the Director to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the Director and other employees within the company. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, be adept at multitasking, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Atleast 1-2 years of prior experience as an administrative or executive support role.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a primary point of contact between the Director and other employees, relaying messages, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Ensure effective communication channels are maintained within the organization, including distributing memos, emails, and other relevant correspondence on behalf of the Director.

Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and ensuring all commitments are met in a timely manner.

Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.

Coordinate travel arrangements for the Director, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as required.

Support in maintaining office efficiency by organizing and managing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.

Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned by the Director, including research, data analysis, and coordination of project-related activities.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
