Job Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in our sales team by generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments with potential B2B clients. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual who is adept at lead generation techniques and skilled in appointment setting strategies.

What you'll do

Contact potential clients by email, and other channels to offer our services and organize appointments with the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of appointments, including dates, times, and contact information, using CRM software.

Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide any necessary additional information.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently and align with their availability.

Maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments in CRM software or other designated systems.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and networking, to identify and qualify potential leads.

Engage with qualified leads through strategic communication channels to schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or sales meetings for the sales team.

Other duties may also be assigned.

What you'll bring

At least 1 year of experience as an appointment setter or sales representative.

Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot and PipeDrive) and other sales and marketing tools.

Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets and objectives.

Proven track record of success in lead generation and appointment setting, preferably in a B2B sales environment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Organizational and time management skills.

Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
