Job Description
North County purchasing office of online retailer seeks an administrative assistant to support the General Manager.
- Create and monitor spreadsheets to track sales purchasing and expenses, etc.
- Create and place purchase orders based on historical usage and sales trends
- Monitor shipping records for accuracy and prep for payment
- Resolve purchase order vs. shipping detail discrepancies
- Create inter-company shipping documents as needed
- Serve as backup for ADP payroll processing and monitor completion of new hire documents
