Job Description
The Process Specialist supports the implementation and regular operation of ITIL aligned processes (Change Management/ Problem Management/ Capacity & Capability Management/ Resource Management/ Records Management/One-Lead/ ORC One-Stop-Shop, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Support one or more ITIL aligned processes and process related projects to achieve business, compliance, efficiency and quality related goals
Apply subject-matter expertise and analytical skills to evaluate process change impacts from operational perspective
Directly communicate with process owners/stakeholders regarding related tasks and operational updates
Efficiently use all related tools to enhance performance according to the set parameters
Ensure that processes are followed, and planned tasks are done on time
Propose and execute corrective/preventive actions aiming process improvement
Design and automate statistics and reports as per process requirements and customer needs
Act in close cooperation with other teams and organizations to achieve defined goals
Communicate with external customers and vendors if needed
Be responsible for respective documentation and data management
Handle administrative tasks related to daily process support and overall process functionality
Key deliverables:
Ensure that procedures/policies are strictly followed
Labor legislation is strictly adhered
Process steps are strictly followed and documented
Process changes are communicated and validated in a timely manner
Process metrics are reported in set deadlines at required quality level
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master educational degree in one of the following areas: business planning / management, operational management
Positive can-do attitude;
Excellent communication skills in English
Good at planning and working in short timelines
MS Office, Sharepoint
Reporting tools /Data management
Great understanding of services practices, delivery methodologies, escalation management
It is an advantage to have:
Moderate level of planning, LSS
Understanding in cross-functional environment, digital transformation, problem management
Experience in multiple functions (e.g. business, sales, marketing)
