Job Summary

The role of the Senior Staff, PMO IT Planning works to provide proactive, responsive communication and collaboration across the organization. This role will be responsible for stakeholder management and providing procurement, budget, and performance metrics. This role is also responsible for the Quarterly roadmap and resource planning and budget management.

Working as part of the IT Transformation team, the Senior Staff will work closely with rest of the organization to develop and deliver the communication and collaboration processes and programs with key stakeholders, aligning these processes across the organization, collaborating with the teams ensure transparency and consistency across all teams. You will leverage your strong background and expertise, as well as your exceptional leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, to drive IT service excellence and innovation, inspiring and empowering your team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, organization leaders and IT teams to ensure the most impactful business outcomes are prioritized and optimized.

Define and implement the digital roadmap in alignment with our overall organization strategy and objectives. Achieve alignment of plans from team members on proposed improvements.

Planning and executing monthly check-ins regarding projects and system implementations for each stakeholder. Establishing high level scope, goals and timelines as well as providing and taking positive and constructive feedback.

Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, learning and innovation within the organization.

Be an active member of the leadership team within the organization. Ensure that digital transformation roadmaps and strategies align with the overall organization goals and objectives.

Planning and developing IT, labor and travel budgets, obtaining competitive prices and ensuring cost effectiveness. Developing detailed framework for managing the labor expenses, ensuring expenses are capitalized and managed so at to reduce overall cost.

Provide experienced leadership to stakeholders using data driven recommendations and decision making.

Running and sharing regular operation reports with senior staff.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to manage IT systems and staff remotely through appropriate technology.

Demonstrated ability to plan and execute technology projects and system implementations effectively.

Management skills with demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working as a team leader.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar, and 10 to 15 years related work experience. Master of Business Administration with technology as a core component preferred.

Demonstrated leadership experience building cross-organizational consensus with exposure to technology providers and/or business clients.

Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a matrixed environment.

Proven problem solving and negotiation skills in multi-party situations.

Exceptional communication skills, executive presentation skills, relationship building skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Fluent in English and Korean preferred.
