What You'll Do: In this position, you will oversee a committed accounting team, guiding both internal staff and a third-party data team.

Your main goal will be to streamline and manage workflows to boost efficiency and ensure we adhere to precise financial practices.

You will also ensure the integrity of financial transactions related to property management and deliver accurate, timely financial statements each month.

Additionally, you will oversee essential accounting functions such as vendor and owner payments, tax filings, financial reporting, ledger reports, and balance sheets.
