Coffee Roaster

Silverback Coffee of Rwanda is looking for a PART TIME coffee roaster to join our 2 person strong team. We are located in Los Angeles, CA. 90015

Responsibilities

Operate machinery to roast and bag coffee for distribution.

Maintain roast profiles by examining products during and after processing.

Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of machinery and roasting facility

Record production data, such as roasting dates, times, and amounts, in daily log sheets.

· Tracking and maintaining inventory levels for both green and roasted coffee.

· Manage the roasting schedule.

Will work with the Operations Team in roasting experiments, improving inventory accuracy and forecasting, along with consistency in roasting profiles.

Able to lift 40 pounds

Qualifications

MUST have experience roasting on a commercial roaster
