In-Store baddteam Members play an integral role in performing the general tasks required to provide customers with consistent service and high levels of customer satisfaction. In-Store baddteam Members are involved in all aspects of preparing and fulfilling customer food orders. Housekeeping responsibilities also assure that a safe and sterile environment is maintained. In-Store baddteam Members provide knowledge and skill building as well as leadership for team efforts

Essential Duties Include...

Properly recording customer orders

Prepping components needed to fulfill customer orders

Uniformly assembling and/or cooking pizzas, wings, subs and salads

Completing orders and accepting payment

Monitoring inventory and assuring timely and proper order quantities

Troubleshooting and correcting equipment problems

Maintaining a clean work area and equipment

Assisting with daily start-up and closingQualifications

Successful In-store baddteam Members Must...

Be able to lift 25 pounds

Be punctual and reliable

Be detail oriented

Project a positive and friendly attitude

Be Able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers

Adhere to all safety and health regulations and policies

Be proficient in understanding/ addressing mechanical problems

Be comfortable in a leadership role
