Software Development Team Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Ensure the team's performance and productivity through effective goal-setting, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.

Enforce adherence to governance, standards, and best practices to maintain code quality and system integrity.

Take ownership of a portfolio of products, overseeing their development, deployment, and ongoing support in production environments.

Design, develop, and maintain software applications, employing industry best practices and leveraging your technical expertise.

Analyze complex problems, decompose them into smaller components, and design innovative solutions that address the underlying challenges.Â

Job Experience & Skills Required:

A minimum of 5 years' experience

BSc or IT Degree

Technical skills: C#, JavaScript, CSS, HTML; Web development languages and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js; understanding of Object Orientated (OOP) Principles, design patterns and N-tier architectures; Web Service and thin client web development; SQL Server Database development, T-SQL; Software Testing & Delivery Automation (CI/CD)

Advantageous: Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Linux, Elastic Stack, .Net Core, Blazor (WASM), Testing Frameworks, SPA, Angular, Mobile Application Development, Cloud development exposure (Microsoft Azure/AWS)Â
