Instrumentation - Trainee/Engineer

Role and Responsibilities:

Calibration of instruments related to pressure, temperature, vacuum, flow meters, level switches, etc.

Preparation of required SOPs for the instrumentation department.

Ensuring all instruments are calibrated and calibration labels are affixed.

Planning and execution of calibration schedule, verification of raw data, and calibration certificates.

Coordinating and verifying weighing balance stamping activities along with all required documentation.

Arranging data loggers/hygrometers for temperature mapping as per requirement.

Resolving programming issues, HMI, and PLC issues.

Participating in various activities related to AHU validation, project work, modification, and qualification.

Having basic knowledge of GDP and GMP of the pharma industry.

Candidate Qualifications:

· Diploma in Instrumentation

· BE Instrumentation
