• Troubleshooting routine IT challenges, including service problems, various password resets, software integration (e.g., Google chrome licenses, etc.), and website updates/redesigns.

• Help integrate numerous online software applications to help our schools run more effectively. These include Google classrooms, Apex Learning Software, Go Guardian, and more. We have an IT ticketing system for our colleagues to request support, and we would like a response within 12-24 hours, and hopefully a solution within 24-48 hours.

• Occasionally need to connect with us in real time, but will most likely work a flexible schedule; he/she can work on projects/action items at whatever time works best, as long as they are completed by a stated deadline.
