NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF A PROVISIONAL INSOLVENCY ADMINISTRATOR FOR MARK CABLES Fze RWANDA LTD AND A NOTICE OF THE FIRST MEETING OF CREDITORS

A notice is hereby given to the general public that pursuant to the provisions of Article 42 of Law N0. 075/2021 of 06/12/2021 relating to insolvency, the Registrar General appointed an insolvency provisional administrator for Mark Cables Fze Rwanda Ltd and the appointment was confirmed on 26th April 2024.
