Position Summary: The KITH- Treats Counter Associate is the face of the KITH Treats shop. They are personable, friendly, and focused on delivering a first in class experience to all new and returning KITH-Treats customers. They are passionate about desserts and committed to delivering a best-in-class experience capped off with a beautifully assembled TREAT!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities:

Continuously providing an exceptional experience for each of our Treats customers, capped off with a visually captivating and equally delicious dessert!

Practicing and mastering the plating & presentation techniques used on each one of our creations.

Using time between customers to manage inventory levels, to ensure we are always prepared.

Applying our iconic “Swirl” to our highly sought-after desserts.

Proactively communicating inventory needs with management.

Remaining updated on all company activations, as well as any brand partnerships.

Adhere to all company processes, policies, and procedures.

Follow all Food & Safety process, policies, and procedures,

Adhere to availability and scheduling needs of the business.

Assist Shops Management team with housekeeping responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

1-2 years in a food/beverage position

1+ years in a customer facing position is preferred

1+ years of cash handling, preferred but not required

Valid Department of Health Food Handlers Certificate or ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate

Skills:

Effective communication

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job

Ability to stand for a prolonged periods of time

Lifting or moving up to 30 pounds

Bending, twisting as well as climbing of ladders and other physical tasks related to standard retail operations
