Position: E-Commerce Manager/Digital Marketing Manager

The role of an E-Commerce Manager is crucial in driving the company's online sales growth, ensuring a positive customer experience, and staying ahead in the competitive e-commerce landscape. To fulfill the requirement, we are looking for a passionate candidate with 5-8 years of E-commerce experience a strong analytical skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing the marketplace e-commerce portfolio.
Key responsibilities will include:
Amazon Advertising & Promotions
• Strategising and brainstorming brand objectives and targets with the CFO and CEO and reporting directly to the CEO.
• A pro-marketer on Amazon campaigns and has a proven track record of optimising & scaling Amazon Ads campaigns with higher budgets and numerous campaigns.
• Creative content planning and briefing to the content team and getting the required content for marketing.
• Constant coordination and meetings in-house/ online with Amazon account managers for planning and submitting various deals/discounts, and weekly/monthly, and quarterly promos.
• A thorough understanding and hands-on experience fixing listing errors like Price, variants, Image attributes, infringement notices, etc.
• Use of PI Analytics and Brand Metrics for Retention and optimizing the campaigns and their performance overhaul.
• Profitability, ROI, ACOS%, and scaling are the core strengths of the brand this goes without saying the core objectives to achieve.
Other channel Responsibilities
• Plan and execution of campaigns on Google ads and has working experience in optimisation like shopping ads, search ads, and Performance max campaigns.
• Plan and execute campaigns on the Facebook business manager scale the traffic on the website and monitor conversion metrics.
• Actively monitor the self-serving ads on the Blinkit marketplace and scale the campaigns overhaul.
• Actively monitor keyword ranking positions and content optimisation to overhaul SEO health.
• PPC (Pay Per Click)
• SMM (Social Media Marketing)
Added Advantages
• If a candidate worked or has experience in handling Shopify website would be added an advantage
• If a candidate worked in his/her experience in a D2C coffee brand it would be a huge added benefit.
• If the candidate worked on any .com or .ae Amazon marketplaces would be an added advantage.
• Google AdWords certification
Other Business Responsibilities
Product & Pricing
• Listing of new SKUs on Marketplace and in-house D2C portals
• Assist in Pricing decisions based on cost and margin assessment
Customer Service
• Monitoring customer feedback and resolving customer issues
• Monitoring product ranking and taking initiatives to improve the same
• Email campaign for customer retention based on cohort analysis
Inventory management
• Ensuring adequate inventory planning to avoid out-of-stock across Amazon warehouses
• Liquidation of slow non-moving inventory on all the channels
Monitoring
• Weekly & Monthly performance reporting
• Monitor Sales, Margin, ACOS, Product Ranking, and Marketplace performance
