Director, Operations Specialist

Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc. seeks to fill the position of Director, Operations Specialist in New York, NY.

Analyze and assess current state business processes to identify opportunities through improved end-to-end process design. Assess existing process metrics for continuous improvement. Partner with Operations and Technology across multiple areas to define priorities in alignment with operation strategic agenda. Track and communicate project status to stakeholders. Maintain continuous support for reporting and governance. Collaborate and manage relationships across organizations.

Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $155000 and $155000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any), Business, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience as an Analyst, Operations Leader, or a related occupation. Requires three (3) years of experience with: SQL; IBM Cognos; Qlikview; Taleo; Salesforce; Tableau; Dataiku; VBA Programming; Microsot Office Suite; Signavio; Agile; MS Access; MS Project; Jira; Confluence; Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC); Program Management; Advanced Automation; Data analytics; and presenting to stakeholders.
