Superintendent for Painting Contractor

We are looking to grow and develop our Field Operations Department here at Martin Painting & Coating Co. This includes fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication with other departments and within Operations. The goal is to help improve efficiency, problem-solving, and overall departmental performance.

**Experience in paint or construction is a must**

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Responsible for the productivity and quality of our field projects

-Responsible for planning the pickup and delivery of equipment and materials on jobsites

-Establish and maintain client relationships with owners and General Contractors alike

-Oversee and manage the painters and subcontractors

-Provide and maintain a positive attitude to shop team to encourage growth and production

-Collaborate with our shop and support team on projects for efficiency

-Read and interpret drawings as needed
