Automotive Part-Time Receptionist

Job Purpose: Supports sales operations by welcoming visitors, answering, and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients and assisting the management team as requested.

Responsibilities: * Answer and direct incoming calls * Process payments for customers * Accurately record transactions in the dealership management system (DMS) * Various administrative office tasks as directed Weekend hours * Self-starter who works well independently as well as part of a team * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to multitask * Attention to detail is a must * Attendance is an essential job function for this position Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
