NVR, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Technician to work on site in Reston, VA

As a Help Desk Technician, you will work independently and with a team to support the software and hardware needs of NVR. Your desire to deliver great service coupled with your problem-solving skills makes you a great candidate!

Key Job Responsibilities

Provide exceptional first-level technical support to NVR team members

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

Identify, prioritize, and escalate support tickets

Monitor network

Assist IT Services team with hardware and software deployment

Support IT initiatives to improve end user experience

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years of IT experience

Experience with a Help Desk technical support team

Hardware experience with Dell and Lenovo

Experience installing and supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office 2016 programs

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

Preferred:

Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field

Microsoft Certification
